Attendance & leaderboards
Check-in, participation scores, a GitHub-style activity heatmap, and automatic milestone medals.
Members check in to events; mustr turns that into a participation score, a leaderboard, a per-profile activity heatmap, and automatic medals at milestones.
Checking in
Admin → People → Attendance sets the check-in mode: self check-in, officer-only, or both. A check-in window (in hours) controls how long after an event starts a check-in is still valid. Members can check in from the site or, if enabled, straight from a button on the Discord event announcement.
Scoring
Two figures are tracked side by side: an all-time total and a recent score over a rolling window you configure — so a leaderboard can reward sustained activity rather than someone who was active for a month two years ago and never returned.
The activity heatmap
Each member's profile can show a GitHub-style calendar of activity dots. It's role-gated — you choose which roles may view other members' heatmaps, and it can source activity from the web (site logins), events (check-ins), and, if you've enabled the optional Discord gateway, from posting in your server.
The leaderboard page
A dedicated /leaderboard page (and a matching home-page module) ranks members by recent or all-time score, with a podium view for the top three. It can be made public, so it works as a bragging-rights page for the whole community, not just logged-in members.
Automatic activity medals
Set a medal's auto-grant threshold to a number of attended events, and it's awarded the moment a member crosses it — no admin has to remember to check.
