Training

Embed Google Slides courses, require them per rank, and track who has actually completed them.

Admin → Content → Training manages a course catalog. Each course embeds a Google Slides presentation — no file hosting, no video encoding, just a link.

Completion modes

Set per course, when you create it:

• Self-attest — a member marks their own completion.
• Officer-marked — an officer with the training permission marks members complete (the default).
• Both — either can mark it, useful when you trust members but still want an officer able to confirm.

Required per rank

A course can be marked required for specific ranks, so a member's profile shows at a glance which required training they still owe.

Who sees what

Members see their own completion status. Officers holding the training-view permission can see anyone's — useful for confirming a whole rank has completed onboarding before a promotion sweep.
