Theme, skins & appearance
Colors, fonts, and six surface styles — set org-wide, or overridden per member.
Admin → Theme & Branding → Theme controls the org-wide look: colors, font stack, corner radius, and one of six skins. Any member can also personally override the skin for themselves, without touching anyone else's view.
Colors, fonts, presets
Pick colors with the built-in picker or type a hex value, choose a font stack, set a corner-radius, or start from one of the built-in presets and tweak from there. Changes preview live before you save.
The six skins
A skin is a surface style — how panels, cards, and modules render — independent of the color palette. Any color scheme combines with any skin.
| Skin | Look |
|---|---|
| Classic | The default — clean bordered panels. |
| Soft | Borderless, soft shadow, rounder corners. |
| Sharp | Square corners, crisp border, no shadow. |
| Glass | Frosted, translucent, backdrop-blurred. |
| Neon | Accent-lit border with a glow. |
| Flat | Borderless, no shadow, a solid fill. |
Per-member override
Every member has their own Account → Appearance setting: "Site default" (follow the org's choice) or any of the six skins, just for themselves and just on that device. It doesn't change what anyone else sees.
Accessibility
Each member also gets a personal text-size slider and a high-contrast mode, under Account → Accessibility — again per-device, layered on top of whatever theme and skin are active.
