Audit log

Who did what, and why — every promotion, demotion, medal, and negative action, logged with a reason.

Admin → Settings → Logs (gated on the audit-view permission) shows a newest-first feed of administrative actions: promotions, demotions, medal and war-record awards/revocations, role grants, and more.

Mandatory reasons on negative actions

Any action that takes something away from a member — demoting, un-ranking, retiring, banning, revoking a medal or war record or role — requires a short written reason before it goes through. Positive actions (promotions, awards, grants) stay one-click. The captured reason becomes part of that entry's log line, so "wait, who did that, and why?" always has an answer.

Filtering

The feed can be filtered by category (Members, Medals, War records, Roles) and loads more as you scroll, with the actor and the affected member both resolved to real names rather than raw IDs.
