Medals, war records & games

Design awards, hand them out, and track a per-member service history.

Medals

Admin → People → Medals & Records lets you design a medal catalog (name, description, icon) and award or revoke them on any member's profile. A medal can also be set to auto-award at a tenure milestone (based on how long someone has been in your Discord server) or after a set number of attended events — both fire automatically on a schedule, with no admin action needed.

War records

War records work the same way as medals — awardable trophies with an optional link to a specific game — but they're a distinct category, kept separate for orgs that want to distinguish "achievement" awards from "battle history" awards.

Games catalog

A simple catalog (name + icon) used to tag war records, game-specific modules, and tournaments to a particular title. Add the games your org actually plays; deleting a game just clears the link on anything that referenced it, it doesn't delete the awards themselves.

Who can do this

medals.manage and warrecords.manage create/edit/delete the catalogs; medals.award and warrecords.award hand them out on a member's profile without needing catalog-editing rights — so you can let more officers award medals than can redesign the medal list.
